Google Docs to Text
Purpose of this building block
Generate plain text documents from your Google Docs templates.
Possible use cases
- Create a csv file (comma separated values) and upload it to Google Drive containing data loaded from a Google Sheet.
Configuration
Click on the bold text in the title of the building block to open the configuration dialog.
Use the edit icon to edit the template in a new browser tab.
The preview is perfect for test your template without wasting your license during development.
Click on the switch icon to pick another template and replace the currently selected template with the newly picked one.
Click on the reload icon to scan the template again to track down added or removed variables. If you have renamed your template on Google Drive clicking on this button will also update the document name in Ultradox.
The preview icon generates and opens the document in a new browser tab.
