Your customers should be updated about your new terms of use and depending on their subscription the a document containing the functional details should be attached. Therefore your email must contain the the new terms (same attachment in all emails) as well as the subscription dependant details (different attachment as of the customers' subscription).

Using the Load row(s) building block the list of your customers is loaded and for each customer the flow is executed in a batch job. All building blocks are executed for each of your customers.

In any case the new terms need to be downloaded. Depending on the customers' subscription the correct details file is accessed. The download building blocks not matching the subscription are skipped as the condition for their execution is not matched.

In a last step the email is sent to your customer. In the Ultradox editor the Plain text email building block will show the terms and all three subscription files (all need to be selected for being attached). When sending the email only available files will be attached. Therefore your email will only contain the new terms file as well as the single details file that matches the subscription.
